Yum. did you cross Rio Lempa? looks like a big river. Also, I noticed the Alegria Lagoon about a mile out of town which seems like a good place to play soccer and catch snakes and lizards. Did you go there?
The lagoon is on top of the volcano, at the end of two very bumpy miles. I didn't swim-too cold, play soccer-everyone was busy picnicking, or catch any snakes. However I did climb on top of a sulfurous hill. At the shore, people were digging up the sulfur and rubbing it on their body.
